Envelopes and NCR Books
Envelopes – Standard sizes are DL, C5 and C4. Other sizes available on request, but not limited too are 11b, C6, and DLX
NCR Books – A6, DL, A5, A4 all available as portrait or Landscape and A3 available as Landscape only
Envelopes – Standard stock is 80gsm bond for sizes up to DL, 100gsm is standard for C5 and larger
NCR Books – 60gsm NCR paper for internals with Crocboard cover and 1000gsm backing board as standard
Envelopes – Envelopes can be Black, PMS or CMYK – please advise at time of quote
NCR Books – These come as standard Black with the optoin of Reflex Blue or Green for the same price. Any non standard PMS colour or additional PMS colours are extra
Envelopes – generally no custom sizing available unless orders of 20, 000 or more
NCR Books – we can do custom sizing as long as it falls within our maximum size of A3
Envelopes – Our Sealing finishes include Self seal, peel and seal/ strip seal or lick n stick and we can do plain face or a range of window options depending on size, as well as secretive or non secretive options
NCR Books – Standard finish includes numbering, perforate top copies and wrap around writing plate. Additional charge finishes include additional perforations, printing on back or additional PMS colours
Wide Format
- Stickers can be from 5mm to 1300mm wide
- Pull up banners come in 850mm, 1000mm and 12000mm widths and 2000mm high
- Outdoor Vinyl Banners can be printed up to 1500mm in width
- Mesh banners come in up to 1400mm in with
- 5mm Corflute and Foamboard signs come in up to 1200mm width and 2400mm long

Foiling products require:
- Minimum 120gsm uncoated for small runs (under 1000)
- Minimum 140gsm uncoated for large runs (over 1000)
- Minimum 200gsm for coated stocks
Spot UV products require:
- Minimum 200gsm on coated stocks
- Full colour one or both sides
- Foiling or Spot UV can be done on blank sides
Foiling Colour Options are Gloss Silver, Black, Copper, Electric Blue, Magenta, Red, Navy Blue, Matt Gold, Gloss Gold, Rose Gold, Matt Silver and Reflex Holographic
Spot UV has a clear gloss finish
Custom sizes are also available
- Foiling can be done on an uncoated, unfinished coated stock, Matt or Velvet cello finish
- Foiling cannot be done on a gloss cello finish
- Spot UV is recommended with a Matt cello or Velvet Cello finish or coated stocks
- Foil blocks are ordered every Monday Evening
- Order must be in by 5pm Monday to meet that weeks production run
- Spot UV business cards must be in by Tuesday 10am to start the run on Tuesday evening
